The Printer object works in the same way. This object can also, for instance, be used to notify a printing company when a customer has clicked on a certain link. Specify the fields and what letter should be sent to which customer, and your customers will receive hardcopy letters. This therefore gives you the option of highly-personalised customer interaction. The Printer object is also ready for use in Clang.
In Clang, it has always been possible to respond in real-time to activity generated by sent emails. These three new campaign objects make it even easier to encourage customers to follow the right processes on the basis of their open, click and bounce behaviour. By deploying these objects after sending your mailing, you can simply intercept bouncers and non-responders and approach them via a different channel, or export them to a database. And all of this can be done within the same campaign.
This allows you to intercept customers who have not opened your email. After a specified period of time, or once a specified limit has been reached, these customers can be rerouted towards a different process such as an alternative path in your current campaign, an Export or a different campaign.
Gather leads with the Facebook Lead Ads plugin. This makes it possible to view leads generated via Facebook directly in Clang. The resulting data can be used to, for instance, immediately initiate a campaign in Clang and follow up on your leads.
Now, you can export customers (originating from e.g. a Bucket object) to a database. This can be done by using the ExportWizard already found in Clang. It will allow you to upload a database to the FileManager or to an external location.
